AWSCronParser parses the scheduling expressions accepted by AWS EventBridge and Systems Manager - cron(...) with 6 fields, rate(...), @macros and at(...) - as well as Quartz and standard 5-field CRON. It computes next/previous occurrences, validates expressions with actionable error messages, and renders them as English descriptions such as "Every weekday at 9:00 AM".
