A small Ruby CLI that answers questions about a knowledge-brain vault. Retrieval shells out to the hitgate `rag-query` CLI (JSON mode, argv-array, no shell interpolation); the chat is RubyLLM, with retrieved chunks injected as context and cited in the reply.
