Certificate Manager lets you acquire and manage Transport Layer Security (TLS) (SSL) certificates for use with classic external HTTP(S) load balancers in Google Cloud. Note that google-cloud-certificate_manager-v1 is a version-specific client library. For most uses, we recommend installing the main client library google-cloud-certificate_manager instead.
