Lath is a retained-mode, reactive terminal UI framework for Ruby. Components declare the interface as a function of state; a reconciler diffs the component tree and a cell-buffer diff repaints only what changed. Pure Ruby — no Rust toolchain, no ncurses. This is a 0.0.0 placeholder reserving the name. No API yet.
